GBTSR Group - Forthright Presentation Jeffrey Bernard, CEO, answered questions directly and was forthright in his responses. He met with each party after the presentation to discuss their individual circumstances. The fee to engage their services are reasonable given what needs to be done to exit or terminate a timeshare contract/mortgage.

GBNo Callback... Initially I was interested in utilizing TRG and was awaiting their callback and that pre-arranged callback never materialized. I did then have my doubts about the service. Jeffrey did call me back and explained that there must have been a mix up with the call to me and he was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and TRG will definitely be the company I utilize when I am ready to get rid of my timeshare issues!
