People need to know that this is a…great honest effective company in my experience People need to know that this is a great company and it appears to be run by very honest experts who are committed to helping their customers. I felt they were knowledgeable and they did a great job of explaining the process....and when i followed their instructions I am so happy to be free of my timeshare now !

No Callback... Initially I was interested in utilizing TRG and was awaiting their callback and that pre-arranged callback never materialized. I did then have my doubts about the service. Jeffrey did call me back and explained that there must have been a mix up with the call to me and he was extremely helpful in addressing my concerns and TRG will definitely be the company I utilize when I am ready to get rid of my timeshare issues!
