GBI had a great experience overall I had a great experience overall. Fast service. Processed in 3 days into my account. My only concern is when I called to ask about an extended term, the agent checked my account and said I was already approved. Although I had any screen open and it stated that it wasn’t approved yet. Made me feel like they approved it while I was on the phone to avoid my longer term request. I can’t prove it, but I asked before it was approved. All in all, good experience thus far.

GBHorrible company The company could improve my addressing the issues that I’m currently experiencing. I have fraudulent charges on my card and Avant has not responded or addressed them. This is my second post and my first one was deleted and there should have been no reason as to why it was done. So , please leave it here so people can read it. This unacceptable that’s has happens to me. Thank you for your attention

GBI have been trying to log into your… I have been trying to log into your website for DAYS after I made a payment on my account earlier than the due date. Whenever I go to log in, the website won’t load and it it’s just spins and spins and can’t send to connect. So, therefore, I can’t see how much my balance is, I can’t make any additional payments, etc. I was given an absurdly low credit limit and now I can’t even attempt to make any additional payments. I do not have time to call customer service # every time I need something. I also already sent an email about this and have not received response back yet. I have tried numerous other ways to try to log in and I still get same result. It is NOT happening with any other websites I attempt to log into- ONLY YOURS. Therefore , due to multiple attempts via emails and now this post, I will not be responsibl for any failure to make payments on this account due to this issue as I can’t even log into to see what is happening. This is poor customer service and availability to make sure resources are operating in order for your clients to have access to online resources you promised to provide
