They listened and moved the process as… They listened and moved the process as fast as possible.. they were able to assist me without requesting a lot of documentation that I had but would be a little frustrating at the time .. I was very happy I didn’t get what I asked for however I got what was very helpful in my situation and for that I will always go prosper the interest rates could be way lower based on credit and length of time customer is with you .. that’s my only down side

The process of obtaining a loan through… The process of obtaining a loan through Proper is fairly straightforward, however, for my last loan request, my 4th in the past 5 years, they did not warn me that they would execute a new "hard credit inquiry" which caused a slight drop in my FICO score. In the past, Prosper only checked my FICO score for my first loan, for my 2nd and 3rd they did not. Now, for my 4th loan, they didn't even give me a heads up during the process, and without consent, they pulled a hard inquiry credit report which I did not appreciate. Other than that the overall experience with Proper has been ok.
