I had (2) great people assisting me… I had (2) great people assisting me Shaquille Hollands, along with Kyleigh Richardson!! Although the notice that arrived in the mail stated they could save me… at least 200.00 in the refinancing- it wasn’t true! However, what I did receive was a 5% decrease on the APR! 👌 Though refinancing can be a tedious task and sometimes overwhelming for all parties involved- I still believe I got the absolute best service possible! Thank you so much!!

Everyone I worked with was considerate… Everyone I worked with was considerate and helpful. They made the process quick and easy. The one thing that could be better is if all the needed documents were requested at one time rather than a couple, then a couple more, then a couple more. It would have been easier if I could have just collected all my documents at one time.
