Tee is the BOMB!!! Tee was beyond helpful changing me from a pay day loan to a lower interest rate loan. She explained the difference between the two loans and I was able to make an informed decision based on my financial needs!!!

Very misleading and unprofessional I was notified that my title loan was approved and to go online to e-Sign finalizing documents. Fabulous! No problem. I really needed this title loan. Once I managed to sign in online I was not able to get past the ‘download our app’ page-which I already HAD (not any more). This was last Thursday, March 28. It is now Tuesday, April 2. After 14- I’ll say it again: FOURTEEN- phone calls, all initiated by me, they finally told me I was not approved, as the “glitches in their system” were continually “kicking her out of the system” and they were “not able to verify” a vehicle that I alone have outright owned, solely in Arizona, for JUST OVER 21 YEARS. A disgusting disgrace.
