NON PROCESSED REQUEST Request received and approved but no funds were ever deposited despite the "next business day" statement. I've reached out to customer service, and I'm awaiting awaiting response to cancel the process.

My experience was ok. The Agent was very nice. My experience was good, not great. On the Website, I was approved for a certain amount and I signed the documents; when I called, I was approved for a much lesser amount. That was a little disappointing. The Agent was nice and professional.

Amazing customer service! The online processed confused me a bit so I called and within 2 minutes I was on the phone with the lovely Mary who assisted me with kindness, patience and compassion. This is a hardship moment for me so to have someone walk me through everything with funds in my account in an hour, I couldn’t be more grateful.
