What made my experience great was that…The positive action that was taken when there was an issue What made my experience great was that there was a glitch in the system where I was supposed to have gotten my loan on the same day but instead it took 2 days. So when I called to inquire about why I hadn’t received it I was helped with respect and it took all of less than an hour to get it all taken care of. That was extremely appreciative on my behalf.
