CAUnfair decision for false breach rule I had an account with Toponetrader and I followed the rules using their dashboard particularly to determine the Max Daily Loss level. Friday I received an email saying I breached that rule based on their calculation. I showed them their dashboard information that I never breached the Max Daily loss rule according to their dashboard, but they did not recognize it. So they closed my account. I felt that decision is unfair and I lost trust in them. Be aware of this lack of responsibility and do not rely on the information on their dashboard. I'm done with this firm and I don't think they will stay for long time by having such behavior.

AETruth & honesty is what I found out in Topone trader, I never believed in all the prop firm until I mate topone trader, from 14 of February to 21 of February they said & fulfilled their promise The customer support service, I think in all prop firm company, Topone trader, for real they are number 1, how ever I lost my account but I still understand that is my fault, so they are just as they said, straight forward, try Topone trader & see your self on topš

GBGreat customer service Top one has been great from the start, yeah they went through a hard time when the transfer from mt5 yo match trader took place for USA traders. But they kept their promise and were transparent about everything. Recently I had an account get breached for a misunderstanding and top one customer service came in and made things right to help me and get everything on the right track thank you Janice from customer service . No complaints from me

GBA shining star in an industry that has more bad than good. I had some issues with a couple of my accounts. Now let me be clear..this was not with Toponetrader but with a broker that they work with because of the migration away from MT4 for US customers. They were forced to help their customers navigate to a new trade platform and they did so with sound education, patience, and empathy. When a potential hurdle arises or trading hiccups for what ever reason they offer concessions to their customers if they feel they could have served them better. They listen, they are responsive, and they are fair. I want to specifically mention Lars in customer support within their discord community. He has personally navigated some complex situations for me and "stuck with me" until a solution was discovered and implemented. The guys at Toponetrader are different. In the industry that is full of organizations that are only looking out for themselves....do yourself a favor and choose Toponetrader for a glimpse into an ethical, customer focused, forward thinking company.

GBFalse breach scam I received a false hard breach for daily loss limit despite not being close to hitting the 5% limit. Their system had calculated it on the initial account balance and not the previous day's closing balance as per the rules and the same that had happened every previous day. After several emails of them insisting it was right, they finally showed me their calculation at what point they saw it was wrong after i pointed out which part was wrong. Despite acknowledging this they said sorry nothing we can do, you still lose your account and all the profit in it. so they have effectively stolen my account and money!
