GBI was not informed until I accepted the… I was not informed until I accepted the loan terms that the only options to receive the funding was either debit card or picking up cash at Walmart. (I had presumed a direct deposit was possible, as with other loans.) I also was unaware that I would have to print a hardcopy (I had no working printer) and have a wet signature on the hardcopy of the loan doc and go to FedEx to sent that. All this caused several trips to different stores, none of which were near each other. It was a lot of unnecessary running around; not the most convenient loan experience.

GBRequests for docs not detailed Requests for docs not detailed. had to retake them several times as they only ask for a pic-then deny them saying they need full face, full tag, no glasses, farther away, no scans of docs- need pics... Then after everything is approved they'll say 15-30 min to get codes for bank-didn't come in till midway thru next day
