Terrible Payoff Process The payoff process is awful. It has been a over a week since I sent in the money for our payoff. The debit has posted on our end yet they're telling me another 2 days until it is complete & for me to spend my time to call back & request a payoff letter when it should be them reaching out to me so I'm not constantly calling trying to figure out if it's ready or not. Even after all this, I will then still have to wait 4-5 days for my reimbursement check since they have been debiting my account this entire time. Small businesses' cannot afford to continue to pay the daily amount even after our payoff has posted to our bank account. Be better.
