Coins not delivered to correct address I did not get my coins on time because the address was not correct on the shipping order. My order was shipped to another city in Ohio. Because of this issue, I had to call my representative and explain the situation and got it straightened out but it did cause a disruption in my plans as I had to wait around another day for the UPS to deliver my coins.

Refund for gold coin retuned. It was very bad experience because I sent back gold coin on Dec 12, 2023. For my refund I call multiple time.also send message. No reply. They were telling me they already refunded. But it was not in my credit card. After one month it resolved. So it was painful. They are lying. They send me after one month. It’s was not my credit card but they send me after one month.
