USNot what was promised Servicing Lender Shellpoint transferred our business real estate mortgage to Select Portfolio a few months ago. Select is mistakenly reporting this debt as a personal mortgage on my personal credit file. I've made numerous calls to Select to remove. Their reps see the error but have refused to do anything. Therefore the situation is in process of being escalated to my legal counsel. Not happy at all with this hassle.
