Straightforward Process My rep, Tyler Rivers, was very helpful and answered my questions right away. I found Kiavi's rates to be better than the competitors and also found it super helpful that post their rates. Their process was pretty straight forward. I did have a bit of a learning curve, but now that I know what they look for when funding a deal, the next one should go even smoother. I would work w/ Kiavi and Tyler again.
