USThank you Auto Credit Express Thank you Auto Credit Express. When everyone offered me the run around after filing chp 7 bankruptcy, you were able to give me hope. Now I would say that I think it’s best for you to verify the type of cars dealers you provide to your customers. The car I signed off on had multiple problems that I detected the following day after purchase. On the day of the purchase I asked then sales person if the car had been into any accidents, she told me “no”. Come to find out after paying my own Carfax report that it has been in 3 different crashes, minor, but still an accident. The doors weren’t locking, some of the lights were not working, the hood wouldn’t open because the pull knob broke, and some other minor issues. I feel like I rushed myself just to get a car without even realizing those issues at the dealership because I had to buy insurance worth over $800 for a dp. Nevertheless, it’s mine now and I will take care of it. I’m scheduling an appointment at a Nissan dealer near my house soon to replace the rear bumper because a previous accident body shipped put a standard bumper instead of the one with park assist. So that’s that. The customer service at the dealer was great.

USRicardo and Mario know how to truly take care of t he customer What made my experience great was that Ricardo (the salesman) and Mario ( finance manager) were exceptional. Ricardo knew what car was right for me and was there to help me put me in a new car and followed up with me a few days after to see how things were going with tbe new car. . Mario was very through in explaining the contract in non complicated easy to understand words. These 2 guys are exceptional in there roles and truly know what it means when it. Comes to "taking care of the customer." I am lucky and grateful to have had Ricardo and Mario help me out. There awesome.
