Worth using I've not had much time to use Upromise but it is always a trusted site that periodically finds points for restaurants etc..that I would not have thought of. Hoping to use it much more going forward

I love all the ways to save I love all the ways to save. I sometimes don't know if a deal went through or not especially when I try to connect my phone app to my computer app.

Using Upromise is a great way to save Using Upromise is a great way to be able to make purchases and do other activities that give a rebate to save for college. I have been a loyal customer since my college aged kids were really young and have been able to save a few thousand dollars!

The Customer Service was great but… The Customer Service was great but could only communicate through email after a special request form is filled out. It would have been easier for me to speak with a person on the phone.

Issues with uploading grocery receipts... I enjoy the cash back portion when using UPromise via travel and some stores, but I don't like and wish you would work on the grocery receipts not able to upload via mobile phone anymore. I haven't been able to upload in months! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS, I CAN'T BE THE ONLY ONE HAVING THESE ISSUES. CLICK THE HELPFUL BUTTON BELOW IF YOU ARE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE AS I DO THAT THEY CAN SEE AND DO SOMETHING WITH THIS.
