GBExcellent account manager, awful loan terms My account manager is very helpful & honest! She is exceptional for her role. However, the loan I received was modified without my knowledge when it was sold to Zuntafi & now I have to pay over a 10% interest rate that I can't afford. I am basically stuck accruing debt, with my Principal balance growing, until I come up with a new plan. It is really unfortunate.
