Complete waste of time Complete waste of time - send you an offer letter; underline the words "even if you have less than perfect credit" on said offer letter; spend 20+ minutes giving necessary info only to be told, sorry you don't qualify. The underwriter nor Loan Consultant, Jerry, took time to dig into my DTI nor actually TRY to make something work. How do you know everything reporting is accurate with regards to monthly spend? You don't because you quit. You didn't try and actually go the extra mile to help someone. Stop advertising that you are assisting clients and partnering with your "sister" company to ensure you can help people in situations like mine. So tired of companies sending out gimmicks just to waste clients time and patience.

Waste of time They send you a notification of pre-approved and it's not true I had less than perfect credit and still didn't get approved and it even says that on pre- approval notice less than perfect credit you may be approved.
