GBGreat business Great business. I wasn't able to accept the initial offer but we were quickly able to come to an agreeable amount. The lady that called was very nice and professional. Will do business again next time I'd like to sell some gold or silver.

GBGreat Experience My experience had no surprises. Everything went exactly as stated on their website and package I received for shipment. Communication was continuous through the entire process. I felt very comfortable sending my valuables to them and was happy with the appraisal and accepted their offer. I do not hesitate to use their services again.

GBFast Service Very fast with communications and keeping you informed of every step along the way. Would have given 5 stars if they were able to direct deposit the check instead of a 10 day mailing process. I didn't see this option when asked about procuring check.
