GBI was shopping on the website I was shopping on the website, answering questions about home location, credit check to find out if their service was available in my area and if I could get a good rate. After answering a few questions along these lines, I was immediately under contract with this company with service to begin within the week. I wasnt even sure what the rate was , contract length or anything so I was not prepared to switch to this service. Then it took over an hour on the phone just to get the contract I didn't ask for canceled.

GBMy Experience with Ms Rhonda! I dreaded shopping for electricity and from the moment i made the dreaded call to the time it ended, Ms Rhonda was AMAZING!! She should be an educator because not only did she explain how purchasing electricity works, she explained how to shop for the best rates and things to look out for. I mean now i know about EFL (what !) Thank you Ms Rhonda. My conversation with you was very insightful. Like i said above, you should be an educator. I can tell you love what you do and you’re doing it well.
