GBI was having trouble redeeming my gift… I was having trouble redeeming my gift for about a Week, untill I decided to reach out i got a quick respond, they told me they was gonna reach out to let me know whenever i could try and redeem my card. I never got any response but i tried like 2 days after and it worked for the first time thank god.

GBWould give negative 10 for a review if… Would give negative 10 for a review if that were an option. It has not been working for months l tried again, still not working. I already know the response " they are working to resolve the issue " I truly hope a competitive company opens.

GBTruly impressive service I was unsure because a previous attempt months ago (which was an identical transaction as the one i just did) was horrible experience and ultimately unsuccessful. GBGreat App… I’ve used this service a bunch of times now to redeem gift cards for cash. Never had a problem. They always send the cash super quick. I think it’s a great app and a great experience!

GBWell as far as the visa option to trade… Well as far as the visa option to trade works amazing but it really ridiculous that the store giftcard option has not worked 2 plus years makes no sense was an absolutely amazing app to use till this! An I did contacted support an there no given valid reason nothing should take this long to not work or update your app an just remove the option cause it been way to long
