Another source of unnecessary stress Please don't buy anything from Groupon unless you either want stress or are 100% sure (which nobody ever is). I accidentally bought the same deal twice, tried asking for refund via app but it wasn't working. Called the numbers provided, not working. Desperate for my money, I emailed 3 days after purchase, I only got automated responses. The case was never looked into. Days later when discussing something else with Groupon, I mentioned this case and I was told it'd be passed to a supervisor who refused to refund because I'd apparently approached then 15 days after purchase. When I pointed the fact that I'd sent emails, my case was apparently going to be reviewed based on the emails. Weeks later, have I got my refund? NO! Any communication regarding the matter? NO! Groupon, I asked for refund 3 days after purchase, please give me my £22.46 back. It may be a small amount but it's my hard earned money! Some good deals but customer service from Groupon makes them not worth it. I wanted a facial not stress!

Taking care of business The customer service department of Groupon took care of my funds in a timely manner. You see, I have had Groupon bucks on my account for some time and noticed quite a difference in the amount. I reached out with my concern. Soon after, I received an email about rating my recent experience. After looking further into my account, I discovered some specimen hacked into my account and stole my funds to go to Chuck E Cheese. I let the Groupon team know and they took care of recovering my funds and a password change quickly. I appreciated the promptness.

The refund was not refunded to my Bank Groupon offered a refund for price match and confirmed several times that the amount was already issued and that it was the issue from my Bank. I complained several times with the bank and groupon for almost 5 weeks....long story, short story...they never gave me back the refund due to technical errors (that's what they said at the end) and finally the provided it in groupon bucks. They made me waste my time instead of solving the issue since the beginning.

Doesn’t really help to have Groupon The meal was ok, the meats were delicious, wish they had more sides. Mashed potatoes, no gravy rice 2 soups n black beans were the only hot sides. Only other options were cold veggies, asparagus, tomatoes slices n salads. No pastas just very lacking with sides for cost. Remember your tax and gratuity are added. I paid 122 for Groupon. And had to pay almost $35 for tax n gratuity. I feel meal would’ve been cheaper without it

Great Buy! Row designated time the deal was still excellent six tickets for Tampa Bay Downs day at the races. While I did not get the extra discount for buying before the designated time, I still got an excellent deal. The buy included admission, a program. $2 bet coupon, $5 off food and another coupon we did not need. A great buy and easy!
