Pepper and Steve worked together in perfect unison, combining body and soul healing. The massage was a combination of different techniques tailored to your needs. Steve kept you informed every step of the way. Best massage I ever had. GBAnother source of unnecessary stress Please don't buy anything from Groupon unless you either want stress or are 100% sure (which nobody ever is). I accidentally bought the same deal twice, tried asking for refund via app but it wasn't working. Called the numbers provided, not working. Desperate for my money, I emailed 3 days after purchase, I only got automated responses. The case was never looked into. Days later when discussing something else with Groupon, I mentioned this case and I was told it'd be passed to a supervisor who refused to refund because I'd apparently approached then 15 days after purchase. When I pointed the fact that I'd sent emails, my case was apparently going to be reviewed based on the emails. Weeks later, have I got my refund? NO! Any communication regarding the matter? NO! Groupon, I asked for refund 3 days after purchase, please give me my £22.46 back. It may be a small amount but it's my hard earned money! Some good deals but customer service from Groupon makes them not worth it. I wanted a facial not stress!

GBGroupon changed the terms of the deal… Groupon changed the terms of the deal after I had purchased it by informing me that none of the local locations could be used for an oil change. The only locations were several hours away. My emails to groupon support went unanswered. Finally, I did a chat session with a Groupon support person and they said nothing could be done and that person disconnected on me. On my second chat with Groupon support, they provided a credit in Groupon bucks.

GBGreat food and service We always enjoy dining at India's Kitchen III. The food is good, it has a nice quiet atmosphere and the server is absolutely delightful. We were pleased with her recommendations and will dine there again.

GBIt took forever for Groupon to credit… It took forever for Groupon to credit me for a fraudulent charge. I called the merchant, verified it wasn't me and asked Groupon to call same merchant. Upon deciding to refund, they asked me for my checking account info or would give me Groupon credit. This is afterwards they told me they credited my charge card but didn't. Needless to say I wouldn't trust them or anyone else with personal information so after me completely stressing out, I chose to use Groupon credit they offered. I believe they charged my credit card on March 4, 2024.
