The only locations were several hours away. My emails to groupon support went unanswered. Finally, I did a chat session with a Groupon support person and they said nothing could be done and that person disconnected on me. On my second chat with Groupon support, they provided a credit in Groupon bucks.

There were no surprise additional charges and the merchant made checkout very easy. The service was excellent and a good value.

Quick remedy Got an immediate response to my informing Groupon that an item had been neither purchased nor redeemed by me. I was refunded the entire cost with no hassle. Great customer service!
