While I did not get the extra discount for buying before the designated time, I still got an excellent deal. Taking care of business The customer service department of Groupon took care of my funds in a timely manner. You see, I have had Groupon bucks on my account for some time and noticed quite a difference in the amount. I reached out with my concern. Soon after, I received an email about rating my recent experience. After looking further into my account, I discovered some specimen hacked into my account and stole my funds to go to Chuck E Cheese. I let the Groupon team know and they took care of recovering my funds and a password change quickly. I appreciated the promptness.
