GBDoesn’t really help to have Groupon The meal was ok, the meats were delicious, wish they had more sides. Mashed potatoes, no gravy rice 2 soups n black beans were the only hot sides. Only other options were cold veggies, asparagus, tomatoes slices n salads. No pastas just very lacking with sides for cost. Remember your tax and gratuity are added. I paid 122 for Groupon. And had to pay almost $35 for tax n gratuity. I feel meal would’ve been cheaper without it

GBI purchased tickets for ATV in Vegas I… I purchased tickets for ATV in Vegas I accidentally hit 3 instead of 2 and Groupon helped me with that situation and got my money refunded to me for the extra ticket. When we met at the ATV site we was charged an extra $47 I don't like hidden fees so from now on I will watch what I purchase on Groupon.

GBReturn Groupon I’m rating 5 only the last person I was texting with. But these last representative was number 4. Previous 3 did not put any effort to address my issue and concern. It is very hard to get to the texting part. I know it was existing but very hard to find it. And after finding 3 of your reps answer was similarly wrong, until I got the forth person who easily and quickly resolved the problem.

GBIt took forever for Groupon to credit… It took forever for Groupon to credit me for a fraudulent charge. I called the merchant, verified it wasn't me and asked Groupon to call same merchant. Upon deciding to refund, they asked me for my checking account info or would give me Groupon credit. This is afterwards they told me they credited my charge card but didn't. Needless to say I wouldn't trust them or anyone else with personal information so after me completely stressing out, I chose to use Groupon credit they offered. I believe they charged my credit card on March 4, 2024.

GBAvoid fake company deals I was annoyed that I had to talk to a customer service rep to get my money back. I bought a deal that was clearly put up by a defunct business. I wish Groupon was a little more proactive on removing offers from companies that are no longer in business. But I please that I got a refund and was able to buy the service from another company that was much open.
