Soon after, I received an email about rating my recent experience. After looking further into my account, I discovered some specimen hacked into my account and stole my funds to go to Chuck E Cheese. I let the Groupon team know and they took care of recovering my funds and a password change quickly. I appreciated the promptness.

It is very hard to get to the texting part. I know it was existing but very hard to find it. And after finding 3 of your reps answer was similarly wrong, until I got the forth person who easily and quickly resolved the problem.
