You see, I have had Groupon bucks on my account for some time and noticed quite a difference in the amount. I reached out with my concern. Soon after, I received an email about rating my recent experience. After looking further into my account, I discovered some specimen hacked into my account and stole my funds to go to Chuck E Cheese. I let the Groupon team know and they took care of recovering my funds and a password change quickly. I appreciated the promptness.

GBAvoid fake company deals I was annoyed that I had to talk to a customer service rep to get my money back. I bought a deal that was clearly put up by a defunct business. I wish Groupon was a little more proactive on removing offers from companies that are no longer in business. But I please that I got a refund and was able to buy the service from another company that was much open.

CAGreat First Timer Experience WE have been looking to try a dance class or 2 and had a great first time experience. The location was a little difficult to find, but the facility was really nice and welcoming once we did find it.

GBThe refund was not refunded to my Bank Groupon offered a refund for price match and confirmed several times that the amount was already issued and that it was the issue from my Bank. I complained several times with the bank and groupon for almost 5 weeks....long story, short story...they never gave me back the refund due to technical errors (that's what they said at the end) and finally the provided it in groupon bucks. They made me waste my time instead of solving the issue since the beginning.
