USscam… Realistically I would never recommend this firm to anybody. The website looks super nice and polished, but the customer service is AWFUL. I'm genuinely concerned I won't get my payout. What even worse is that I quit my job & paid off my rent for a few months in anticipation I would be profitable which I've EASILY covered my rent in profits yet a part of me suspects this company may be fraudulent.

MXShady business practices and rules Shady business practices and rules. Save your money, time, energy, and avoid the hassle. Before I begin, I should warn you that as a trader, this company is not on your side at all. The trading conditions are too tight and not worth the hassle dealing with a nonexistent and inconsistent support system. Everyone has complaints, so here’s a pros and cons list about the company: Pros: -no slippage -decent spreads -normal commissions/swaps Cons: -horrible sister company fxrivals (even worse reviews over there) -lies stating they’re featured on Bloomberg and yahoo, which is fraud -Candles print delayed by 20 seconds and mess up the chart -no response from support, or maybe once a week -delayed sending out account credentials/contract -rules change without warning and apply immediately -3 trades per instrument per day -3 minutes minimum duration -mandatory stoploss and take profit -35% individual trade profit max based on total profit -trading server shuts down without warning for “repairs” -company changes rules without proper warning -contract states rules will not be changed without consent of company and client, they they violate this almost daily -contract has spelling and grammatical mistakes -contract states you agree to terms and conditions on “Fxrivals” website (sister company) -many complaints from colleagues with the same issue -fake 5* trust pilot reviews. Just read them, they look so fake. The only real ones are the 1 or 2 star reviews Overall since I began, I haven’t been pleased to say the least. I managed to get to the payout stage, and then they changed the rules to only allow 3 trades per symbol per day. This was before I began to trade the account. At first, their support tried to tell me I violated the consistency rule and was not eligible. They were rude about it as well stating I needed to do my math correctly. The rule states any individual trade out of consistency will be removed. They got their math wrong so I decided to do it myself. Turns out I was eligible. But then they come back and slap the 3 trades per day rule which was sneakily introduced. Very shady practices. It took them approximately 2 weeks to get me a new account as they “gracefully” offered me a reset. They owed me money, and a reset. So I decided to have a little faith and go ahead with the next account, delayed two weeks later. The person who invited me warned me their 50% trade profit rule would be reduced to 35%, so I was careful to keep the winners smaller. Of course, they released the rule, along with 10 minimum trading days instead of 5. This was notified via telegram, and nowhere else. No emails. No warning. If support finally answers they say “rules are subject to change at any time”, which goes against what their contract says. It’s just bad business. It’s something con artists and scammers do. Just a few days ago they added the mandatory stop loss and take profit rule, with zero warning in any way. Simulated prop firms are going in the dumpster. And it’s good for us traders, cause companies like this one don’t deserve to share the space and rip off traders like this. If they had the capital they would copy good traders and make a fortune. They attracted good marketers and wasted the opportunity. Trading under these conditions is unrealistic in the trading world, and even if you do manage to get a payout, they’re going to find a way to deny you, like they have to many others. This company could have been great, but the lack of customer service and their excuse of “it’s all going to be run by Ai, please be patient” is just a lie. They’re going to string you along in any way possible. After over two months of being with them, dealing with horrible support, bad trading conditions, untrustworthy rule changes, discrepancies in rules and encountering made up rules that support makes (can’t find them on the website or contract), I decided to yolo the account and burn it. It was too stressful trying to navigate the minefield of rules and stay ahead of the game. Plus i get paid daily with my other prop firm. What really made me decide to leave it was the fact they stayed that if 2 rules are violated (trades lasting less than 3 minutes or accidentally opening up a 4th trade), the account is suspended. They got me with their stop loss rule that they slipped in and the 3 minute rule. The website used to say any trades lasting less than 3 will not jeopardize the account but will simply be removed. They change the wording a lot in their website. I feel relieved that I can just walk away and leave an honest review about this company. Nobody should have to deal with people like this, but there are rats everywhere and you have to be careful. I only joined because I was invited by a good friend, and he in turn brought many others. All of them are gone now. Me too, I’m focused on my real firm now!
