Happy they’re not using eightcap like… Happy they’re not using eightcap like many of the other prop firms. I’ve heard of many issues with eightcap and was told to avoid any prop firms that use their servers. Clarity uses Osprey FX which i’m a lot more comfortable with, traded with them extensively in the past and never had any issues. So good job using only real servers.

Missing support on consistency rule The dashboard of my account shows 110% in the consistency rule. I have an account of 50k, the target is 4k, the day with the highest yield I earned 2350. At this moment my profit is 3842. From what I understood, my score should be 2350/3842, that is 61%, not 110%. I said to myself "probably I misunderstood something" and contacted support. The person I spoke with, Paul, just repeatedly sent me the link to the FAQs, without providing any kind of explanation. My dissatisfaction is not so much due to the rule, it may be that I misunderstood, but the fact that support provides no help in the face of a legitimate doubt like mine.
