Communication is A+ I used the chat feature on the website to contact them regarding an account log in issue. I got a response within two minutes and issue was resolved within 5. Very impressed with this as I have had trouble with different prop firms with communication. Highly recommend.

Gianella definitely is the best… Gianella definitely is the best customer support agent ever. Support was super fast. Figured out everything I needed to get started. They also partnered with dominion markets which is great. We’ll see how the challenge goes. Hope for the best. So far LUS is looking good.

Gianella was great Gianella was great! she resolved my issue very quickly with low to no wait time. I have tried a bunch of firms and one thing I've always had an issue with was the customer service experience, either taking to long or not responsive/ un helpful. This was breath of fresh air thanks again!
