He was a pleasure to work with and very helpful, he made himself available day or night to answer questions and keep us updated on the process. Excellent Partner Through the Process This is my first home and I am purchasing on my own. No help from family and the idea of making such a large investment was daunting. While I selected Insight loans because they came up with the lowest rates on Lending Tree, Roberta O'Dowd was a God send. She called immediately, was always warm and friendly, and never pushy. She made me feel comfortable, like I was a friend. She gave great advice, answered all my questions, in order to come to decisions that were right for me. She was always honest, and would never hide fees, but instead explained everything. I looked and met with other lenders, some seemed distant and cool, others were just matter of fact. None really seemed to want to earn my business. Roberta, was extremely communicative, always keeping me informed on the market changes, but she wasn't pushy (i.e. repeatedly calling LOL). I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer. I would definitely bring any future lending needs to her :)

Highly recommended Michael Bowman at Insight Loans has definitely made the process of buying our first home very simple. He was always there when I needed to ask a question, even on the weekends. Never did I feel like Michael was pushing me or trying to just get money from me. He is very helpful and knowledgeable in his field.
