We searched extensively for the lowest interest rate, and were determined to not pay unfront/loading/administration fees. Insight Loans delivered. We have high praise for Stephen Jackson - he's personable but, even more important, he either answered our call directly or got back to us within a couple of hours. Our house purchase fell through once, and was delayed by three months. All the paperwork had to be done once again. Stephen hung in there with us, guiding us through the process a second time. He's responsive and knowledgable.

Excellent Partner Through the Process This is my first home and I am purchasing on my own. No help from family and the idea of making such a large investment was daunting. While I selected Insight loans because they came up with the lowest rates on Lending Tree, Roberta O'Dowd was a God send. She called immediately, was always warm and friendly, and never pushy. She made me feel comfortable, like I was a friend. She gave great advice, answered all my questions, in order to come to decisions that were right for me. She was always honest, and would never hide fees, but instead explained everything. I looked and met with other lenders, some seemed distant and cool, others were just matter of fact. None really seemed to want to earn my business. Roberta, was extremely communicative, always keeping me informed on the market changes, but she wasn't pushy (i.e. repeatedly calling LOL). I couldn't have asked for a better Loan Officer. I would definitely bring any future lending needs to her :)
