We could ask her anything and she would always make sure we understood the whole process. Very positive, seamless experience Mike Denslow did a great job from start to finish. He responded quickly when we found the house we wanted to buy, coordinated with our realtor and answered questions promptly. They were well organized. No last minute document requirements or underwriting issues. I met with the listing agent over the weekend and she said Mike kept her apprised of the progress as well. She appreciated that. Very smooth experience overall.

It was a long process in the middle of a very different time for everything, but in the end Mark, Tamara, and Joel got us closed on time. Looking forward to working with them again, in a few months when rates drop lower.
