My loan officer made this entire… My loan officer made this entire process easy. She was very helpful with answering each question I had promptly (there were many) and gave me updates daily as to what was needed and completed. My loan officer was also very friendly and extremely patient with me.

Our experience what's great 👍 Our experience what's great? We had Ephrem Malan. A wonderful and knowledgeable representative. He made us feel comfortable and at ease with all the decisions making. Anytime my husband OR I had questions. He was there for us, either through text message , emails, and even phone calls. Believe me, we were so nervous. We had just finished paying off our house. Which is a huge accomplishment. So proud of ourselves. 😃 Ephrem, Is very, very good at his job. We knew that we could trust him and anytime he needed anything on the checklist Our communication back-and-forth was great. Everything only took a few weeks. Ephram explained everything step by step.
