About Tax Lien Code

Tax lien investing has proven to be one of the safest and most rewarding investment strategies that I've ever encountered; and I'm not alone. For hundreds of years, the most successful money managers, financial institutions, and sophisticated individuals have been buying tax lien certificates as a primary investment for their portfolios, and we have been teaching individuals how to invest using the secrets and techniques that they use. With over twelve years of active teaching, and over 40,000 students taught by our team members, we are excited to share the knowledge and tools that we've acquired.

My sister and I attended a three-day… My sister and I attended a three-day Tax Lien training session, for which we invested $1,000. The program provided extensive information on building multi-family apartments, which was beneficial. However, our primary interest was in receiving comprehensive training on tax liens and deeds. Unfortunately, this topic was only briefly covered in a two-hour session, which focused primarily on the basics of searching for information. Subsequently, the training shifted towards wholesaling and investment strategies. We were also presented with an opportunity to enroll in an advanced course, with options priced at $26,000 and $40,000. Considering our budget constraints, we decided not to pursue these additional courses. During the training, I had a conversation with a participant in her late fifties who had invested her savings into the $26,000 course. She expressed concerns about managing her future financial obligations. On the final day, I extended my best wishes for her success. In reflection, the training was moderately informative, but it did not align with our expectations of focusing primarily on tax liens and deeds. The majority of the content was dedicated to other aspects of real estate investment, which was not our area of interest. As a result, I feel that the training did not adequately cover the subject of tax liens, which was the main reason for our attendance.

The representative I spoke needs a raise. The representative, Ms.Alexandra Perez, answered all of my questions professionally and even emailed back my options. Unfortunately, the dates of next 3 day class wouldn't work for me due to prior scheduled business trip but hope I can work with next available dates in my area. I'm looking forward to be able to be flexible in my terms rather than someone else's with TaxLienCode.com
