I only spoke with 3 people the entire process so I really felt seen and heard by the people I worked with! The initial rep, the 2 people in underwriting. Juvaria took my initial request, listened to my needs and conditions, was extremely kind, helpful and patient before sending me over to underwriting. Allan Farmer, who handled my offers, was awesome! He found me a great initial offer that we were going to move forward with and then came back with an even better one and brought us to the finish line within 2 hours of the initial offer! Throughout the whole process, I really felt he represented me well to the lenders and really got us the best rates, term, and opportunities for future goals of positioning for our business line of credit! 10 stars!
