GBCustomer service is good When I was adding my bank card, I encountered an issue where the 3DS page failed to load. Both the customer service and the MFFU team investigated this issue and identified a limitation with the webpage pop-ups. However, even after I disabled the pop-up restrictions on my computer, the problem persisted. Therefore, I switched to another device—an iPad—and successfully added my bank card using it. The customer service was very friendly, and the chat atmosphere was very harmonious, making the overall experience quite pleasant. Despite their large volume of tickets to address, I found a small trick: after having chats with several customer service representatives, you can check in the chat box to see which representative is active. You can then directly converse with them without waiting.

GBThe best prop firm hands down I had an issue with promo code but i had purchased account right before the promotion started. I submitted my ticket to get more info, and they came through quickly as possible and let me know that the promo I was under had no activation fee. I greatly appreciate it. Moving from apex, this has to be the best experience I received in customer service. The discord has a lot of info and help around the clock also
