She called me right away, helped navigate two rollover transfers with the other financial institutions on the line. She asked perfect questions to the financial groups to navigate the rollover, and detailed to me a plan for follow through. She is thoroughly responsive, professional, and pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough about our experience and how refreshing it was to speak with someone who actually knows what they’re talking about. Too often these days, you speak with a representative that wants to transfer you, or simply cannot assist - Taddie was the polar opposite. Definitely a keeper! Thank you again, Taddie!

She was very pleasant and patient and stayed on the phone with me until the paperwork was complete which can sometimes be a challenge for someone of my age (80). I really appreciated having her support and I was able to complete the paperwork without stress. She was great!!!

The transfer of my investments from another company to Horizon Trust Mercie has been helping me for about 3 weeks. She speaks in pleasant, even tones and lets me interrupt when I need to say something while I think of it. She never sounds agitated or in a hurry, and clarifies, as needed, what I just said when we are on a 3-way call. And she repeats things so I can write my notes from the conversation clearly enough to understand them later. Mercie always reminds me to call if I have new questions or concerns.
