This time around we have had Alison Whittaker strive exceptionally to get us mortgage offers we require. As a self employed tradesman I have always struggled to get credit although Alison has gone above & beyond over recent months to secure offers for me and my family. Excellent service and great people to deal with. BB provided a great service as we were coming to the end of our interest only mortgage term with Landmark (Formerly NRAM / Northern Rock). They pushed hard to get the right deal and chased the completion through vigorously to complete before Christmas. This was my first mortgage using a broker, I can't imagine I'll fly solo again. You never really know what you’re going to get from web searches, but I was delighted with BB Mortgages. Buying a home is a very personal and emotional decision. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. They clearly had a comprehensive range of lenders they can seek the best rates and terms from, more importantly have personal relationships with those lenders which helps to speed up the process. Their fees were transparent and reasonable. My mortgage advisor was Dean who I couldn’t fault. If you need a mortgage advisor, give them a call!

Very helpful and responsive BB Mortgages were very helpful and gave great advice around options for our mortgage and future plans regarding renting our property out. Brilliant service Brilliant service. Dean was so helpful and friendly every step of the way. We weren’t a straightforward case, but he persevered and got us a great deal. Although we didn’t end up going through with our purchase at that time for personal reasons, I am very confident that we could pick up where we left off and he’ll be able to help us again.
