She was so patient, kind and put my neurotic mind at ease 1000 times. The entire process was so pleasant and easy. Sandy answered my every question with such a positive attitude. Even when I asked the same question 5 different ways. Amazing person and entire staff that also reached out to me for documents with such professionalism and kindness. Over the moon happy!!!

I didn't think they were going to stick to the timeline during these challenging times. Surprisingly they did. They even found an overpayment and hand-delivered a check back to me.
