Ms. Jafri directly responded to my many questions via phone calls and e-mail, and she provided updates about my overall loan status as they became available. Upon our first meeting, she assured I would remain aware of my situation and wholly kept her word. Certainly, I am not the most important client that Lynx Mortgage has ever had.
