She was so patient, kind and put my neurotic mind at ease 1000 times. The entire process was so pleasant and easy. Sandy answered my every question with such a positive attitude. Even when I asked the same question 5 different ways. Amazing person and entire staff that also reached out to me for documents with such professionalism and kindness. Over the moon happy!!!

AMAZING guy, so professional, easily available, and extremely responsive. He literally answered an email from me at 10 pm our first go around.
