Easy process with lots of undelivered promises The process was pretty simple, but went with Jack at Strategic Capital based on his promise to follow up with me and secure additional funding at the halfway point to allow for less paid in fees. Prior to that point, I contacted Jack multiple times and did not receive any contact back. This has now caused me to miss out on paying over 2k less for the funding. All of the promises that were made seem to have been just a sales strategy to get me to go with them. Not very happy and would not recommend them.

Hard, tricky loan funded successfully. This is a hard money loan so it is expensive but these guys went out of their way to make it happen. Despite some last minute major glitches which were entirely our fault Ryan Ridgway was able to shift gears and find us another lender. All while traveling to New York on business! Ryan and my initial contact person, Jason, kept me constantly updated. I am very satisfied.
