They answered our questions right away, they explained how things would work before we signed any papers, everything was done on-line with very caring staff, a quick phone call or email with a questions was always answered with respect for our individual needs. The Title Company we worked with told us they were impressed with how comfortable and easy it was to work with Farm Plus Financial staff.

When other lenders wouldn’t accommodate… When other lenders wouldn’t accommodate the purchase of the larger piece of land (70 acres), Farm + fit the bill perfectly. The process was quick and painless and Mike a Caylee were great to work with, kept me posted on anything they needed, coaches me through the process, answered all my questions, and even wrote a nice letter to the seller to put them at ease.

My experience was not as good as it… My experience was not as good as it could have been. I believe it was slower than it could have been because of the COVID 19 virus. The virus however was not the cause for an excruciating detailed review of a strong financial statement, resulting in longer delays. Especially considering the loan was for 10 percent of the collateral . Working from home during the virus, which is understandable, along with the extreme detail demanded caused unnecessary delays. The people we dealt with were always cheerful, polite and professional. The end result was the outcome we wanted and that was promised.
