I've been invested with Hedonova for few months now and love both the customer support and the performance the fund has delivered so far. Interesting to see it grow consistently even during the recent turmoil in public markets. I also absolutely love the informative bi-monthly investor updates and weekly portfolio summary emails! Things which can be improved: Don't have any strong points here as my experience with Hedonova has been smooth overall. Following are just my 2 cents, but I'm sure they're already on these): 1. The onboarding process is simple and smooth. The team explained in details the benefits and risks associated with the asset class. Really like the transparency.

It is well poised to beat the stock benchmark and great way to diversify your investments. 2 - Customer Service: The whole team has been fantastic and patient with questions, understand the fund, tools and guiding investment decisions. Big kudos and look forward to them scaling. A minor let down in all of my experience with Hedonova is the UI. Highly encourage that they fix their web and app user interfaces as soon as feasible.
