I've been invested with Hedonova for few months now and love both the customer support and the performance the fund has delivered so far. Interesting to see it grow consistently even during the recent turmoil in public markets. I also absolutely love the informative bi-monthly investor updates and weekly portfolio summary emails! Things which can be improved: Don't have any strong points here as my experience with Hedonova has been smooth overall. Following are just my 2 cents, but I'm sure they're already on these): 1. A Refreshing Alternative to Stocks and Bonds I've frequently sought an investment vehicle that is something far more creative and resourceful than the typical bundles of stocks, bonds, and ETFs, and after 6+ months as an investor, I'm convinced that Hedonova is exactly that. Their portfolio exhibits only minor volatility on a timeline of days but reliable (and impressive) gains in periodic increments over the months. Ameer has been incredibly responsive to my questions, and the entire customer experience has been positive. I've just added funds for a co-investment note for equipment finance, and I expect to continue adding to my Hedonova account in the future.

Exciting Alternative to standard Stock and ETF investing The Hedonova team is very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They are very quick at answering any queries. Their average turnaround time to your queries is around 30-45 minutes. They have improved operations and offer alternative investments that track higher returns than the S&P index. My experience has been great so far, tracking 17% in returns since June 2023, and I plan to invest more than my seed funding.

It is well poised to beat the stock benchmark and great way to diversify your investments. 2 - Customer Service: The whole team has been fantastic and patient with questions, understand the fund, tools and guiding investment decisions. Big kudos and look forward to them scaling. A minor let down in all of my experience with Hedonova is the UI. Highly encourage that they fix their web and app user interfaces as soon as feasible.
