Excellent service as usual I have used Concord Advance numerous times and have always been pleased! They are quick, thorough, professional, and work to build relationships. Cameron, Jake, and Lynn are awesome to work with.

Amazing company to work with! Amazing company to work with! Used them once several years ago. Reached out to my contact there (who keeps in regular touch) via email yesterday morning at 10:30, the money was in my account by 1 pm! Great communication, very nice people to work with. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Concord Advance I absolutely love Concord Advance. The staff is amazing and Jake with Concord is always available to me. The service is great, the rates blow the other advance companies out of the water. I highly recommend choosing Concord to be there for you, when your commission is a ways off, but you need money now! This is the best solution. Cassie Ingram HomeSmart Realty

Concord made it easy I have used Concord on a couple occasions and was extremely please with Jake and the whole process. I was hesitate at first, but Jake made the process seamless and quick. I expected a long drawn out transaction but it happen so quickly, it made me wonder why I never explored this avenue before. I researched several companies and found Jake and his team to be the best. I never really write reviews, but on this occasion was complelled to because the experience and relationship worked out so well.

HIGHLY recommended! I will 100% use Concord Commission advance again if needed in the future. Their rates are unbeatable. No closing is ever guaranteed to close on time. Jake and Lynn were extremely easy to work with. I enjoyed the overall process and highly recommend using Concord!
