Also their fees are less than other commission advance companies. I use CCA a couple of times per year when the need arises. Its nice to know that you have another outlet to obtain commissions earned when the deal you were expecting to settle either gets extended or falls through. I must admit... I must admit, the experience I had with Concord was exceptional to say the very least. Real estate is fluid and takes crazy turns at unexpected times. As a realtor, I have to stay in the fight to ensure a positive outcome for my clients. They have pricing that allows the agent to have a living (lol) after payment. I will never use another service other than concord again. I am very pleased with the services provided.
