The absolute best experience dealing… The absolute best experience dealing with Megan whitmore and Mandy Davis.. was a bit sceptical of the service level going in knowing the commission but was pleasantly surprised and overwhelmed by how I was treated.. can not sing their praises enough..

Thank you to Megan Whitmore and her assistant for all the help and guidance! We appreciate you and look forward to future sales with your company!

I have sold 3 Manufactured homes... "She is the Best"! I have sold 3 Manufactured homes with Flat Fee Access over the past couple of years, all 3 transactions went great, I have another property listed with FFA Now, and will be listing another in the next few weeks! Linda is always a pleasure to work with and like I tell her "SHE IS THE BEST!!!"

Wonderful to work with!! My experience with Flat fee access has been wonderful. Megan was a pleasure to work with communication was consistent and response time was great, via email or phone even after business hours. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. I will DEFINITELY trust Flat fee to list my home again!!

Worth the money Friendly staff however the escrow service they used was a bit hard to get ahold of..
