I Bought and they delivered as… I Bought and they delivered as advertised . Only problem, they insure your delivery until you sign for your package . Fedex driver had an issue with opening the package before I would sign . I opened it anyway , to insure my product was in the package. And it was , but the insurance is worthless if your not allowed to inspect to make sure the product is in the package.

They delivered an empty box only with… They delivered an empty box only with paper in it. Now it is suppose to be my responsibility to get a police report, photos of the box and contents, etc. this is a joke I’ll never buy product from them again

I've ordered from BGASC three or four … I've ordered from BGASC three or four times, now. With one exception, my product(s) arrived in a timely manner. The one exception was when my package was rerouted somewhere else by mistake, but the turnaround resolved quickly and I received it ahead of the updated schedule. I appreciate that I can purchase a bit here, and a bit there, due to budget restraints; after a year I now have a nice, sizable stack. Slow and steady!

Efficient Ordering and Timely Delivery My order was easy to execute on the BSGC website, once I decided upon what I wanted to order. The website clearly shows what is and is not currently in inventory, so if you're looking for a particular item, you will not have to put it into your shopping cart, only to learn that it is on backorder, 8 clicks later. Communication by e-mail was accurate and not excessive. I received items faster than the 5-7 days posted.

Beautiful silver!! Eventhough the company has changed hands etc. seems like nothing has changed and the items came beautifully packed and shipped in a non-marked company name so not to give away the contents inside. Very happy and will purchase from again definitely!
