Refinancing with complete ease… This was my first experience with refinancing a car. I was very hesitant because I thought it was going to be so complicated and confusing. After the first initial information they needed from me, I was handled over to the loan rep Huey. He was outstanding! He made the whole process so smooth and all information easily digestible. He made sure that I understood everything he was explaining and gave me endless time to ask questions, etc. I highly recommend iLending and their amazing team of people. Even when Huey was out of the office, another member of the team George quickly stepped in to push my loan process through to acceptance. I am so happy that I took the step and landed here.
