No personal answers, we left msgs but no calls back, I think reviews shown here on previous pages are FAKE FAKE FAKE. I'm posting this today on Feb 3, 2020 1:53 PST. Kris was always on top of the process Kris was always on top of the process, I talked to him last week, and he said I was coming up on the time that I could re new, and sure enough, 1 week later he called to say I was eligible if i was interested, which I was, and 1 day later I am funded!
