GBI went to CESI when I was at a very low… I went to CESI when I was at a very low point in my life. I was in debt way over my head after an illness left me barley able to work. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by my financial situation. The representative I spoke to at CESI really turned things around for me and spoke to me in a non-judgmental way. I highly recommend them I found their help invaluable.

GBRUN RUN RUN as fast you can This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company turns off and on my autopay without telling me. They miss payments because of it and don't tell me. They double charge me and don't tell me. The customer service agents basically only take payments. If you have any other issues you have to speak to a supervisory. Conveniently (for them) there is never a supervisor available. They promise the supervisors will call back but they never do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.

GBWhile the website for the portal is… While the website for the portal is definitely needing a touch up, the services were top notch, and simplified. I'm happy to be debt free, and no longer using that high interest rate card.
