CESI saved the day I was behind in a credit card and minimum payment exceeded what I could afford. I did not have enough dept to qualify for debt management. I was recommended CESI. They put me on an affordable payment plan and saved my credit. Thank You so much.

I consolidated my credit cards 2-1/2… I consolidated my credit cards 2-1/2 yrs ago to get rid of the debt. Automatic payments which I didn't have to worry about forgetting were withdrawn each month and dispersed to creditors without incurring more interest which allowed me to pay off sooner rather then never. Statements were sent out monthly thru my email so I could stay apprised of progress and I didn't have to worry about anything. Now debt free with credit cards.

We didn’t want one of those companies that forced you to stop paying your credit cards, in the hopes that they would forgive the balances, instead this company worked with us to help pay them down. RUN RUN RUN as fast you can This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company turns off and on my autopay without telling me. They miss payments because of it and don't tell me. They double charge me and don't tell me. The customer service agents basically only take payments. If you have any other issues you have to speak to a supervisory. Conveniently (for them) there is never a supervisor available. They promise the supervisors will call back but they never do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.
