Very impressive! Very impressive business! When I had issues understanding what was needed, Jordan and Courtney went out of their way to help me. Our accounting program had glitches and would not give me the information I needed for 2019, yet they came up with a solution. I never thought we would qualify for credit, because our business, when opened, made more than the previous year; they knew the solution, and made it happen! Highly recommended! We can't thank them enough!

Filed for the refund in July 2023 Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.

From Willie Jones in the beginning of the process to Jeremy Shoars at the end, they were constantly on top of the situation and continued to follow up to make sure everything was right before our claim was submitted. They were very knowledgeable as to what was required to be successful. And the results speak for themselves as we are very happy.

Although we had to do some work with reading and signing documents, they did the explanation, double and triple checking. &Yes, we did pay them 25% for their service, but it was well worth it, didn't pay until our checks from the IRS were cashed, and we would not have received the credit without Innovations' help.

After hearing the commercials on the radio, we gave it a shot and were pleasantly surprised we qualified for over $100K.
