Filed for the refund in July 2023 Filed for the refund in July 2023. Finally called in Jan 2024. Was told that a temporary hold had been put on the program but it would resume soon. Called back in two months only be put on hold for a half hour being told that I was next in line. Later told that no one was available and t leave a message or call back. Done so twice without contact.

I had heard about this program but I ignored it for a long time because I thought we weren't eligible. Then Innovation Refunds contacted me and what they said made me realize that I might be eligible. Now we are receiving checks.

Great Experience - Awesome Team After being told I would not qualify by my CPA, I reached out to Innovation Refunds and let them give me their opinion. Not only did our company qualify, but they got us all the way through to receiving our checks. Jacqueline Drenth, Michael Orzechowski, and Kai Davis were awesome to work with, they kept us informed, always took our calls, and explained the process in detail. They know this program – do not go anywhere else but to them if you are looking at ERC refunds.

Don't take your accountant's opinion and leave money on the table. Everyone we worked with from Innovation Refunds was extremely helpful. We were told by two different accountants that we were not eligible due to prospering during COVID and/or due to our having taken PPP grants. IR, on the other hand, made it happen!! Thanks again.

Well organized The company is well informed and highly organized. They work quickly once you provide them with all the information that is required. They check in and inform you of where you are in the application process and if there are any steps needed. Matt Tidman was assigned as our point person and he was especially helpful and attentive.
