Great Analytics I was looking for the optimal spot to buy an investment property and wanted to short-term rent most of the time and was concerned that I was going to be able to buy something and still turn a buck. Mashvisor showed me that the area I was looking in was not a prime rental area so I could adjust. The analytics are amazing and even had staff offer to do a tutorial. I just wish there wasn't an automatic purchase at the end of the trial period. With life so hectic, it's just one more thing to remember.
