A great experience Christina is absolutely the best at what she does! I was a CSR for nearly 30 years and she knows what she's doing. Extremely polite and patient with me and explained everything completely. Whatever she's making, she needs a considerable raise!! A full five stars from me on her performance!!

Experience Matters! So grateful! Dealt with Dean S. (will happily give full name with his permission) and couldn't be more pleased. I had a million questions and he clearly explained the answer to each one. There were a couple of financial products that I was looking at and he explained the benefits of each and didn't push me to any particular conclusion. In the end, it was my decision, of course, but I also felt like Dean respected that the entire time, and was simply providing me the information so I could make the best informed decision. I didn't feel pressured to do any particular course of action. Research the company yourself, but my experience with the representative I had put my mind at ease. They're reputable, certified, and if Dean is representative of the workforce there, you'll be in great hands. Again, I can only speak about my experience with Dean, but he told me with confidence that the team behind the scenes are all knowledgeable and more than capable in their roles, and while I was welcome to contact him in the future, the support team in place for me going forward would certainly meet or exceed my expectations. I believe him. I'd rather not have had to go this route (debt forgiveness), but knowing there are companies and people like Dean out there is definitely calming. I'm in a difficult spot financially and now I know there really is a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's sooner rather than later. I write positive reviews when warranted, and it was warranted here.
