Great Customer Service Called after receiving a letter in the mail. Spoke with Patrick a strategy manager. Patrick did a fantastic job presenting me the program and reassuring me it would be a great personal financial decision to make for my current debt situation. He did a fantastic job outlining the program with me and once approved again fantastic job going line by line with me through the agreement. Very excited about this program and confident in this company to help guide me through resolving my debt. Many thanks to Patrick and his patience with me and then getting me setup with Beyond. Changed my mind Called my lender and they said while they do indeed work with the company, things aren't what they appear. It will absolutely ruin your credit and stay on there for 7 years. Not a few months, like a rep was telling me. I canceled.
