Quick closing achieved! Neil and Teri are very friendly and easy to work with. They helped get us great terms in a short amount of time. I am a foreign investor which adds another complicated dynamic and they are experienced with this which is why I chose to work with them. There were a couple hiccups along the way, mostly with the lender and last minute requests, but we were able to get through them together and get to our goal of funding and closing on the property.
