After purchasing my shelf corp, I completed the proper forms which has my corporation registered with the Secretary of State. I’m excited about completing this process and recommend others. GBBad experience The person they connected me with to be the CFO didn't make a payment on his credit card. Because of this I didn't receive any funding. They said I need to pay more to switch to another CFO. I spent 17k dollars and received nothing in return. I do not recommend using this company.

GBStraightforward They are clear, straightforward, and to the point. They don't promise you the world and then end up not delivering on their promises. They explicitly state that they can't guarantee one's results as far as getting funding and that it will depend on certain factors out of their control. Their efforts got me two new credit cards, one of which has a year and a half 0% APR introductory. My credit situation is good overall, albeit short, hence why I had only reasonable expectations. I will gladly seek funding from them in the future. I greatly value honesty and straightforwardness and a no nonsense approach.
