Dislikes - None. Likes-fast response and trader support. There's never been a time that I reached out to a mentor/senior trader that they did not respond promptly. Most times the next day. I struggled quite a bit with developing my own plan and my discipline still needs improvement but I'm not alone. I've had meaningful conversations with Maverick senior staff that has helped me become more professional and have consistent wins in the market.
