We discussed every thing from every aspect (acquired entity's statements, tax ID's etc) Somehow after 3 days they came back to me with a cash advance (the worst) offer we have ever received and told me that "I was involved in too many transactions" I understand you are trying to broker for others but our bank statements ended up with a LOT of MCA lenders that we did not want them to end up with. -EDIT: Since you stated below you don't "remember" a Mark Cohen.
